Preparation

Pour 4 cl of GIN 27 into the glass. Heat with the steam heater. Fill the glass with hot water. Add one bag of Crowning’s Tea Rooibos. Leave to stand for two to three minutes. Remove the bag from the tea glass. Sweeten with some honey or elderflower syrup and add a slice of orange to the glass.
